Full performance at temperatures as low as -30°C (-22°F)

noax has expanded the temperature range of its industrial PCs to an all time low of -30°C (-22°F). This option is particularly well suited for customers who use noax industrial PCs in extreme sub-zero temperature environments such as food processing or in outdoor applications such as road construction, agriculture, mining and tunnel construction. The new noax IPCs feature a number of components that were especially designed for use in cold temperatures. A special automotive hard drive, for example, was developed as a storage medium for use especially in this temperature range for the new noax industrial computers. Upon request, the IPCs are also available with an SSD.

Other components also combat these extreme temperatures including the backlit LED displays, which provide full brightness from the start, even at temperatures far below zero. Unlike standard displays, which can require up to 15 minutes to warm up, noax Industrial PCs are fully functional immediately. Additionally, the new noax Industrial PCs are completely sealed (with IP65 and IP69k ratings) and can withstand powerful jolts and shocks due to their durable construction. Combined with the expanded temperature range, the IPCs increase the range of application and overall flexibility available to users.
