The noax Micro-Controller – Enhanced Reliability

As a standard, noax industrial PCs are equipped with a Micro-Controller which not only makes working with the IPC much easier but also greatly increases its reliability. The MC executes various monitoring and controlling tasks. Operating states like voltage, temperature or backlight can be individually configured and monitored in a user-friendly Windows data field. Should a critical operating state occur, a warning message is shown before the automatic switchoff deactivates the noax industrial PC.

The noax Micro-Controller installed as standard in all noax industrial PCs automatically performs numerous monitoring, controlling and statistical tasks such as:

1. Monitoring of input voltage
2. Monitoring of board-typical voltages (core, 5V,12V...)
3. Temperature control
4. Watchdog
5. Backlight control
6. Display of operating states

Ready-to-Use Installation

The controller can be adapted to individual customer requirements. In addition, noax use a proprietary touch controller for automatic panel control and adjustment. Another service option noax provide is the configuration of any IPCs according to specific customer demands within a "ready-to-use" installation. All you need to do then is switch it on!

Windows Setup Program

All MCU functions can be configured clearly and conveniently with the Windows Setup program. In addition, all voltages and temperatures of the industrial PC are displayed.
