noax Technologies places great importance on its industrial PCs being reliable and easy to use - a mandatory requirement especially under harsh conditions. All noax IPCs are standardly equipped with rugged resistive touch panel screens. Only a touch panel driver for it is installed in the operating system.
Due to its high precision, the touch screen responds reliably and accurately to pressure and can therefore also be operated while wearing protective gloves. In contrast to other touch technologies, metal particles, oil, or water drops do not trigger any kind of malfunction.
The touch panel used by noax remains functional without any impairment for up to 1 million point actuations and is four-times more shatter-proof than conventional panels.
In addition, the high-definition displays from noax allow for a large reading angle. This means that the screen remains easy for the user to read even under the worst possible environmental conditions.
Chemical resistance: Test specifications according to DIN 42115
The chemical resistance results from the resistance of topmost foil of the touch screen. This foil consists of PET material, has a hardness level of 3H and is non-reflected.

- Household detergents

- Tea
- Coffee

- Mustard (light coloring at high temperatures and a long application time)
