Completely sealed 19†stainless steel industrial PC –
IP65
The 19†stainless steel industrial PC stands out due to
its completely sealed hygienic construction, with an
absolutely smooth surface and no ridges to collect dirt.
Due to the new food processing-oriented plastic front, the
S19 Premium Line no longer has joints and gaps between the
enclosure and the touch display. This allows the computer
to stand up to the most severe hygienic requirements, as
they exist in the food processing industry, or the
pharmaceutical industry, and be easily cleaned or
disinfected. Due to its completely sealed construction, the
industrial PC is entirely splash proof and achieves
compliance with safety standard IP65.
Readability of the highest order with the 19†SXGA
Displays
With a high-contrast 19†SXGA display, having a
resolution of 1,280 x 1,024 pixels, the S19 guarantees good
readability, even under the worst conditions. The 20
integrated, freely programmable control keys, as well as
four additional function keys in combination with LEDs
provide even more user-friendly operation. Hygienic
integration of the industrial PC into the production
environment is provided by its compatibility with all
presently standard bracket systems. In addition, the cables
can now easily be bundled directly inside the bracket tube,
thereby avoiding open cable bundling in hygienic sensitive
areas.
Premium M Power und multiple expansion possibilities
The S19 is outfitted with a noax N8 motherboard and an
Intel Pentium M 1.4 GHZ processor. In addition, internal
memory can be expended to 2 GB and the hard drive can be
expanded from 80 to 120 GB. The board also contains
numerous off-the-shelf onboard interfaces, such as 2 x
RS232 (optional RS 433 or 485, TTY), 5 x USB, Network
Ethernet (RJ 45), LPT, Monitor-DVI, PS/2 and floppy
connectors. Moreover, the S19 offers diverse expansion
possibilities by means of onboard slots for 2 x PCI slots,
compact flash type II and mini PCI sockets. The S19 also
has an integrated Intel 3D graphic controller, which allow
for simple and easy connection to diverse peripheral
devices, such as weighing systems, scanners and readers.
The noax Micro-Controller – Enhanced Reliability
The noax Micro-Controller installed as standard in all noax
industrial PCs automatically carries out numerous
monitoring, controlling, and statistical tasks such as
temperature and backlight control or counting the operating
hours. The controller can be adapted to individual customer
demands. Moreover, noax use a proprietary touch controller
for automatic panel control and readjustment. Another
service option provided by noax is the configuration of all
industrial PCs to suit specific customer demands within a
"ready-to-use" installation. All you need to do is switch
it on!
