noax Technologies Corporation - Display shows false colors

Error:

The display shows false colors as soon as the terminal is switched on or out of standby mode.

Problem:

After a (partial) reset the display may misinterpret control signals and maintain this status until the next reset.

Solution:

This display error which occurs quite rarely can be fixed by switching the terminal off and then on again (switching off the mains supply if necessary). This occurs only on equipment produced prior to June, 2003 . To fix this problem on your unit it has to be sent back to noax. Please see our Service notes in this context.
