    On-Site Technical Support

    For certain problem cases there is an option of on-site technical support. Central planning and co-ordination of field service calls is done by the noax Head Office in Ebersberg. Again, please contact the noax Service and Support hotline if you require this option.

    noax Depot Service Contract

    noax Technologies AG can offer their customers a depot service contract with extremely favourable conditions. The scope of services covers a wide range of services around noax industrial PCs, such as extended warranty or the flexible provision of replacement units. This makes maintenance costs calculable and shortens downtimes. If you are interested in our noax depot service contract please apply directly to our sales staff in your local distribution area.
