Instructions for returning
Dear noax customer,
For a speedy repair, please note the following:
1. Please call in far an RMA number and fill out our
service repair form which can be downloaded as
PDF
or
DOC
file from our web-site. Please complete the form and
include it with your shipment.
2. Please backup your software data because we will not be
liable for any accidental loss of your data.
3. If your system is password-protected, please delete the
password or give it to us. Otherwise we will reset it
4. If possible please use the original noax carton. If this
is not available anymore, please package it carefully. We
will not accept any liability for damages caused in
transit.
5. We recommend shipping via UPS Standard . We will not
carry any shipping charges for equipment in or out of
warranty.
6. If necessary we can offer replacement units for the
repair period for a fee. Please ask our
hotline
.
Our Service Department will send you a confirmation of
receipt immediately after your unit is received. In
general, you will receive an estimate of the repair costs.
Upon acceptance of the cost estimate the repair work is
carried out immediately .
