The current weighing result appears very clearly on the industrial PC touch display while the weight date is immediately processed and easily forwarded to the inventory management system or other higher-ranking systems.

Completely sealed

Like our industrial PCs, our weighing terminals are fully protected against water and other liquids.. The computers are available in protection classes IP65 (NEMA 4), IP67 (NEMA 6) or even IP69K (pressure cleaning) for particularly high demands in the food processing industry . Because we use only food-safe seals, you can easily clean the weighing terminal with highly active cleaning agents and disinfectants. The analog resistive touch is easy to use, even wearing butcher's gloves, which is common in the meat processing industry. In order to extend the the service life of the touch panel, we offer replaceable protective films.

Absolute rugged design

All components in our computers have already proven their suitability for industrial use. That is why you can use the terminal both in very hot or very cold environments as well as under continuous vibration. The weighing terminal is designed like all IPCs from noax for 24-hour continuous operation. This means that all IPCs, including the weighing terminals, can operate reliably around the clock, year in and year out.

Particularly in company divisions where sensitive goods have to be weighed quickly and efficiently – for example, the packaging and shipping of meat and sausages, weighing technology is a decisive advantage when it comes to productivity. Versatile

You can also connect analog weighing cells, support scales, single track scales, in-floor scales or vehicle scales to the weighing terminal via two channels. Users can alternate between these as scale 1 and scale 2 or as connecting scale. For vehicle or special scales, an RS485 bus is available for digital weighing cells. To enter the maximum load, the allocation as well as other settings can be conveniently done on the touch screen with the help of a software mask. The weighing technology is available in a calibratible and non-calibratible version in different designs. In the calibratible version, depending on need and application, single grade, multiple grade and multi-interval scales can be connected. In the calibratible version, an alibi memory is additionally available which can be optionally stored locally or centrally.
