Repair processing

Dear noax customer,

Please note the following points to ensure a quick and smooth repair or return process:

  1. Please use our service repair certificate, which is available for you to download as a PDF file. Please fill out the form completely and enclose it with the return shipment.
    In the event of a return, please enter “scrapping” under activities to be carried out!
     
  2. Make a backup before sending your device. We accept no liability for accidental loss of your data.
     
  3. If your system is password-protected, please delete the password or tell us. Otherwise, we will reset your password.
     
  4. Please ensure safe transport and suitable packaging. Use the original packaging if possible. We accept no liability for transport damage.
     
  5. We recommend UPS Standard as the shipping method. We do not provide additional services such as express services, etc. The shipment must be prepaid. Within the warranty period, we also accept UPS standard shipments, even if they are not prepaid.
     
  6. In urgent cases, we offer loan devices for the duration of the repair for a small flat rate. Please contact our noax hotline (+49 8092 853633).
     

Immediately after receipt of the device, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from our service department with your RMA number. 
The repair will be carried out as quickly as possible and usually takes 5 to 8 working days.
