RMA Request Procedure

Dear noax customer,

Please follow the RMA procedure to ensure that your repairs are carried out quickly and smoothly:

1. Download & complete a service request form, found here: Europe North America *Include this form with the return shipment.

2. Backup your software data. We are not responsible for any accidental loss of your data.

3. If your system is password-protected, please delete the password or provide it to us. Otherwise, we will reset the password.

4. Please properly package the computer to ensure safe transport. Use the original packaging if possible. We are not liable for any damages that may occur during transport.

5. We recommend using UPS Standard for shipping. We do not accept extra services such as express services, etc.

6. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will accept unpaid UPS Standard shipments during the warranty period.

7. If the cost of repair quote is rejected and the device is inspected and tested or there are no identifiable defects, a flat fee of $100 is required.

8. Immediately upon receipt of the computer, you will receive confirmation of receipt from our service department.

9. You will receive a repair quote within 8 business days.

10. Once the quote has been approved, the repairs will be carried out. Repaired computers are shipped back within 6 days on average.

*In emergencies, we offer loan equipment for the duration of the repairs for a small fee. Please contact our support hotline at +1 (704) 992-1606.
