Repair Processing

Dear noax customer,

Please observe the following instructions to ensure that your repairs are carried out quickly and smoothly:

1. Please use our service repair ticket that can be downloaded as a PDF file from our website. Please fill out the form as completely as you can and include it with the return shipment.

2. Before shipment, you should backup your computer. We are not responsible for any accidental loss to your data.

3. If your system is password-protected, please delete the password or provide it to us. Otherwise, we will reset the password.

4. Please properly package the computer to ensure safe transport. Use the original packaging if possible. We are not liable for any damages that may occur during transport.

5. We recommend using UPS Standard for shipping. We do not accept extra services such as express services, etc. The shipment must be prepaid. We will also accept unpaid UPS Standard shipments during the warranty period.

6. In emergencies, we do offer loan equipment for the duration of the repairs for a small fee. Please check with our noax hotline (+49 8092 853633).

Immediately upon receipt of the computer, you will receive confirmation of receipt from our service department. As a rule, you will receive a cost estimate after no more than 8 business days. noax currently ships repaired computers after 6 days on average.

Once the cost estimate has been approved, the repairs will be carried out.

If a cost estimate is rejected and for inspected and tested computers or computers with no identifiable defects, noax will charge a flat fee of € 100.00.
